We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. The location is peaceful and charming, and what truly made our experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Hassan, who welcomed us so warmly and was always helpful, smiling and in a good mood throughout our stay. He really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also, the food was so delicious and tasty. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the atmosphere, the place and especially the warm and friendly staff. We would be happy to come back once the renovations are finished!. The property is currently undergoing some renovation work, which is understandable as they are working to make the place even newer and more beautiful. However, during our stay, we were unfortunately a little disturbed by the noise and the smell coming from the construction area. Since many guests come here for a short weekend getaway to escape the noise and stress of the city and work, it might be worth considering pausing the renovation work during weekends, if possible. Our room was also a little dusty when we first arrived, but the team quickly took care of it and did an impeccable cleaning afterwards
A stay that was simply breathtaking at Rive du Lac! The setting was exceptional, very quiet and relaxing, with a stunning view of the lake. The welcome was warm, the staff very pleasant and the service flawless. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was arranged to enjoy a great time. I highly recommend this address and will gladly return! A big thank you to Mr. Hassan, the manager, and his team – I ask that you be generous with him, he truly deserves it. A huge thank you also to the lady, the owner, for her gesture at the end of the stay; it was a free dinner that really touched me – thank you so much.

Hassan greeted me as he should and was caring… whenever there was a problem, he tried to help us… the place was calm and relaxing. Nothing else.

The location and Hassan’s kindness, the host of the guesthouse and the owner, were great. There were a few ants in the room, but that was because I had food.
