The single room was charming, the decor was modest but pleasant, the windows were atmospheric with wooden blinds, the mirror was large, there were many hooks on the walls, a spacious wardrobe, and a huge balcony. There was a fridge, good water pressure in the shower, and a great view of the marina. The only downside was the lack of air‑conditioning, which was very hot in August but we were aware of that when booking. Sleeping near the windmill was a bit uncomfortable, there were a few ants, a slightly unpleasant cooking and frying smell from the restaurant below, occasional noise from the restaurant but tolerable, and no counter or shelves in the bathroom, but these drawbacks would not stop me from planning another stay.

“chętnie wrócę”

The location is great, the room is spacious with plenty of luggage space, the first floor has no elevator, the decor is modest but pleasant, the bathroom has a window, it’s close to a bus stop and a good grocery store, overall the quality and location are really good for the price. The balcony is small compared to the large room, there’s no air‑conditioning, a bit of noise from the kitchen below, food smells coming through the window, and a few ants.

“Świetna lokalizacja, gospodarze na medal”

I was impressed by the view, exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host kept in touch, responding instantly – we appreciated the free Wi‑Fi, even though it might not be essential in such a place. The fridge was huge, a real bonus, and the wooden cutlery set was a nice touch. There’s no air‑conditioning, but a large fan and the ability to create a draft work, depending on the room. We always liked the balcony, even though we barely fit on it as a couple; it had its charm. The location is probably the best in Cala Figuera – a 3‑minute walk to the Spar store, a short descent to a restaurant, and parking right on the street in front of the building (available from mid‑September). The building shows its age and could use some upkeep; the shared areas, like the sun terrace, could be tidied and refreshed. The view is lovely, but it would be nicer to enjoy it more. There’s no elevator – you climb narrow stairs with luggage – not a complaint, but worth noting when booking. It’s a shame there’s no kettle, and the property doesn’t offer breakfast, so it would be nice to have tea or coffee in the room before leaving.

“Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, man konnte super zur Ruhe kommen.”

We had a fridge and the location plus the staff were great. The terrace offered a nice view of the harbor, and the beach access was excellent. The water pressure wasn’t the best, but it was enough for a shower.

Everything was fine. The room had a hair dryer, fridge, and fan. The view was superb and the little town was lovely. The only downside was the check‑in, which was a bit cumbersome; we had to enter all travelers’ details online, which was annoying after a long journey. Maybe it could be done beforehand.
