Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The location is excellent, parking is available, and the breakfast is very good, but the sliding bathroom door doesn’t seal properly between the room and the bathroom, which is terrible, and the nightly rate is high for what the hotel offers.

The location is good, but we had to vacate one of the rooms and were not informed at checkout that we would be charged the full reservation amount and that the room would be compensated for staying; in short, the hotel was very unscrupulous, kept my money, and rented the room to another guest.

At check‑in we had a minor misunderstanding with the front desk staff, and when I asked to cancel my reservation they suddenly resolved my issue; the room phone wasn’t working and the hotel’s WhatsApp replies came after many hours, and when I had a problem in the room I had to go down and speak to someone in person.

The location is great, but the room is very cramped.

The value for money was disappointing.
