The location was fine, but we booked for three adults and received a double bed and a fold‑out cot that was very uncomfortable for an adult and made moving around the room difficult; I asked for a room that could accommodate three adults comfortably but never got a reply. With the price I expected beds that could comfortably sleep three people.

The spot is super central—just a couple of minutes to Via del Corso, one of the main streets! The bed was quite comfortable. However, at night there was a somewhat annoying noise from a cooling machine that disturbed sleep.

The room looks more polished in the photos than it does in person; it feels a bit random in décor and slightly dark. Still, it has everything you could need: kettle, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, AC, TV. The location is great—close to Piazza del Popolo and the main shopping streets, about a 10‑minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and only 2–3 minutes from the nearest metro. Plus, across the street is All’Antico Vinaio 👌 Ricardo was extremely helpful and attentive, checking in with us every day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything.
