The hotel is clean with spacious, comfortable rooms and parking inside the property. When we arrived, the staff didn’t know about our pre‑paid reservation and eventually gave us a second‑floor room without a lift that lacked towels, soap, or toilet paper. We had to go around the hotel to ask a staff member for the missing items.

We stayed here because we needed a place for a few hours; we couldn’t have breakfast because we checked out very early. Everything else was fine.

Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfasts were good, and it’s close to the center; among the few well‑maintained hotels in the downtown area I’d give it a 9. The only downside was the pillows, which had many lumps and were uncomfortable.

The location is great, breakfast can be enjoyed in the patio or garden, the staff are friendly, and the room is generally good. Minor issues include the lack of a bedside tray for your phone or other items and missing power outlets.

The place is in a good spot and the staff are very pleasant, but the room was filthy—dirty, damp towels and only one set per guest on the first day, and there were cockroaches in the room.
