I was unable to take this trip; I tried several times to cancel but could not get a response from the hotel. I even called them directly and they told me that it could only be canceled by someone else, but they were of no help either.
Everything was very nice, we will be back. We have no complaints

Closeness to the interstate and cleanliness. We were traveling with a large group of high school students. Needed more waffle irons. The breakfast area was small for our group and other guests to try to make waffles

Very clean, great location off the interstate, but the pool was small and the AC was having issues in the hallways.

Very dusty and aged. Irritated my sinus causing sinus infection. Stained wash clothes. Bathroom severely stained beige. Needs resurfacing. Air vents has over abundance of dust and bugs in filter. Bed very hard like sleeping on bricks. The entire hotel needs remodeling. Due to holiday weekend, wasn’t able to her get another hotel
