The staff communicated excellently, though the breakfast could have used a small upgrade; there was no Newsmax on TV.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was perfect, but the air conditioner struggled to remove the humidity from the room.

We missed the breakfast because it closed at 9 am; it would be better if it stayed open until at least 10:00 am. The smell was horrific, like a moldy basement, the air conditioner did not work properly, the door kept getting stuck on the floor and we had to force it open or shut it, there was stuff splattered on the wall, the shower head was lowered too much and the temperature kept getting cold, and the staff were not friendly when we checked in and out; we will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was great, but I just wonder how often the carpets are shampooed; it seems to have been the same variety for the last 20 years or more.
