“Übernachtung im Auto, auf der Strasse, weil Schloss defekt war. Keine Rückerstattung!!”

The cleaning lady was very helpful. We couldn’t get into the studio in the middle of the night because the lock’s battery died. The cleaning lady tried to arrange another room for us, but she couldn’t be on site because she lived farther away. We had to sleep on the street in our car and could only access our stuff in the room the next day. We checked out immediately, as we didn’t want to experience that again. We did not get a refund, even though management assured us it would happen! I also booked a studio with a parking spot. The parking was in front of the house and would have needed coins every two hours… naturally we got a fine.

The location is good, but the walls above the bed headboards were dirty, the tableware—plates, cutlery, glasses—was unwashed, and the shower drain was clogged.

“Not true to reality”

Everything was absolutely wrong. The apartment is newly renovated, but that’s not the issue; it sits in the basement below street level, and a damp smell pervades the whole space. The window shown in the photo leads nowhere. The room was a mess with dirt, spiderwebs, and other debris, and it felt dangerous to sleep near that window, so we left. They insisted everything was fine and wouldn’t refund us. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation on our own for the five nights we stayed in the city.
