The décor was spectacular from the lobby to the room – an immersive theatrical experience. The Halloween décor was majestic and well‑maintained. The restaurants were varied and delicious, though pricey. I went for a gel manicure and was shocked by the $300 fee – never seen such exorbitant prices, completely unacceptable.

El hotel es siempre un 10/10, las instalaciones son lo más, restaurantes, bar, teatro, todo ideal para una semana en Miami. La conserjería no conoce tanto Miami como para dar buenas recomendaciones de actividades específicas fuera del hotel
