The place looked unappealing inside, no charm. There was no microwave in the unit, the fridge light stayed on all night, so I had to cover the water with two towels. The fire alarm went off at 10:30 p.m., which was just awful. No internet. Never again.

I’m leaving the hotel! They shouldn’t call it “Quality Inn”; it should be “Dump Hotel.” Everything! The website shows a nice hotel until you walk in. They even advertise free breakfast, but they don’t have one. This place should be torn down and replaced with a real quality hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work, the rug in the room was dirty, and the bathroom tiles were falling off.

I was shocked to find that the advertised breakfast never appeared; the hotel had already pre‑charged my card, and I had to lodge a complaint with my bank to recover the money. On top of that, nobody ever came to clean my room.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, but the room itself was in bad shape: the carpet was heavily stained, the curtains were falling off their track, and the shower drained at a snail’s pace. The front desk staff were polite, yet their behavior was unprofessional—walking around with an unlit cigarette, and the entire property had a strong smell of marijuana.
