“Nice beach view and pool area”
The rooms look newer than my previous visit, but the walk to the car is a bit long.

The location, staff, convenience, and facility condition were great, yet there was no microwave in the room or on the floor, the pricing felt like nickel‑and‑diming, and the restaurant hours were inconvenient.

The ocean view was fantastic, beach access and parking were easy, and the staff were great, but the AC in the room didn’t cool well and it was a bit humid.

The area is good and unbeatable, but the toilet stopped working even after they tried to fix it.

I loved our room with its sleep sofa and sitting area, the balcony was nice, the beach beautiful, and the resort area gorgeous; we’ll come back every September for my birthday and whenever we visit Hilton Head again. We loved everything about our stay, especially the awesome personnel.
