The staff were super friendly at check‑in and during breakfast, and the host was very knowledgeable—thanks! The place was clean, modern, and had a laid‑back atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I wish there was a coffee station in it. Beer was sold in the lobby, and we were told we couldn’t bring it into our room because of the liquor license; if we bought it outside we could, but as it stood we were told that any alcohol purchased at the hotel had to be consumed in the lobby.

The rooms are consistently spotless and fragrant. The staff are always fantastic. I like everything.

The hotel sits just near downtown TC yet far enough to dodge traffic. The rooms stay tidy, breakfast is decent. They allow dogs, which I like, but the barking and howling can be annoying. It’s meant for comfort, relaxation, and sleep.
