Check‑in was very hospitable, with friendly staff to greet me, but after I settled in I never saw anyone at the Huts stand until I left. The bathroom was clean and the 4 toilet stalls were a nice surprise. There’s a water cooler to refill your personal bottle, which is green‑friendly. Lumeira Day Spa is only a short walk away and is highly recommended for a full day lounging by the pool and eating delicious healthy food and drinks until evening when they light a fire pit. Wifi was great. The bus stop was right by my tent‑shack so I could hear people talking at it like a microphone amplifying their voices because of the unique shape of the stop. Crickets were crazy loud, and earplugs didn’t really help. I was woken up at 4:30am by the sound of a big truck filled with loud talking workers the first night. The sign inside says they are not responsible for your valuables and there is no way to lock the tent and no lockbox for keeping anything safe. The walkway is gravel and very noisy early morning or late at night walking to the bathroom which takes a couple minutes. I had to go in the middle of the night and was afraid of disturbing others sleeping.

Everything was perfect! I was upgraded to a Pool Suite Villa, so I can’t complain. It was very beautiful and luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The hotel environment is incredible with many different themed areas. All the décor is well thought out and beautiful, based on Futur arts. It’s an experience by itself. The restaurant Bonjuk Lounge is delicious, and the Beach Club is very beautiful. There was a misunderstanding with the Bonjuk Lounge for breakfast: I had been told it opens early in the morning, but when I was waiting there was no one, so I asked for help and reception told me it only opens for lunch and dinner… so I waited for nothing.

A great place to stay for a few nights if you plan to go to Luna Beach Club. The accommodation is in the same area. As a guest you get “larger golf carts” that run every 15 minutes around the whole area, so they’ll take you to the club and back to the accommodation almost anytime (not all night). The area has a spa, a restaurant and a lot of other things still under construction. Expect that the accommodation is simply a raised tent. Inside there’s a mattress on the floor, a basket, a mosquito net and a fan. Ideal for one or two nights. There’s only one shower (a men’s and one women’s) for all the tents, which is quite a lot. If you want to stay here just to stay without going to Luna Beach Club, the accommodation is relatively far from everything and in the middle of nothing. The path to it is in pretty bad condition.
