The location by the park and the sea was great, the lobby had a free water dispenser, the staff were very friendly, there was a sauna, and a hop‑on‑hop‑off bus stopped right outside the door. However, it was very noisy; the walls and doors were thin enough that you could feel other guests in your room, the air‑conditioning was loud, and the pool deck didn’t invite you to stay long.

The staff were super nice and the location was good, but the room air‑conditioning was old and a bit smelly, the breakfast area was messy with no free seating, dirty plates everywhere, and they ran out of coffee at 8 AM (how??) – not worth it. The valet service was only average because just one person handled it.

The location was pretty good, plenty of things to do on foot. Most of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and bright. I didn’t use the parking or breakfast, so nothing to comment on that. I only stayed two nights; at check‑in the hallway light in my room worked only half the time, and when I went to reception a man looked down on me because I didn’t know the cause and told me “we’ll send someone” but no one ever came. Just before bed I found a cockroach in the room, then a very kind and understanding person immediately changed my room.

1 - The breakfast offered was terrible . only 4 choices in hot food and nothing much in anything else. The breakfast room was so small . only has around 8 tables in it . customers have to wait for table when turn up for breakfast. 2 - All the customer service staffs were friendly and helpful but most of time has only 1 customer service staff available. We have line up to get service most of the time
