It's 7 km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and near Xiamen Fantasy Beach Park and Bailuzhou Park.

The hotel was magnificent with a polished decor and great taste. However, communication with the staff, who mostly don't understand English, was problematic, especially at the reception; it's a shame for a hotel of this level.

It’s away from the noisy city centre, so not ideal for shopping, but perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a roughly 20‑minute taxi ride from the airport. The suite is huge, with twin beds, a sofa, desk, bathroom, and bar area – more than enough space for two. At check‑in we were upgraded from a garden view to a harbor view, giving a broader outlook and a stunning harbor scene from the balcony. The bathroom is dry‑wet separated and even has a small chair for sitting while showering. Breakfast offers both buffet items and à‑la‑carte choices like satay noodles, cloud‑top coffee and eggs Benedict, all tasty, and you can eat outside. The hotel provides a complimentary cocktail workshop around 7 pm for about half an hour. The LongBar lets you watch the sunset indoors or outdoors, and the outdoor pool is great for photo ops. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants—you have to either take a taxi out of the area or order delivery.
