The Queen Room – Disability Access provides accessible accommodations and sleeps two guests, with two large double beds, an optional extra bed and a crib available. The private bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower and a hair‑dryer, and the room is equipped with air‑conditioning and a coffee machine. A wardrobe and a cable‑channel TV are also provided for convenience.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great, close to many stores. The laundry room is very low priced and the dryer was free of charge. The room was very large. The facilities are very old and not well maintained. The room wasn’t very clean and the toilet was not clean at all.
The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and convenient. I especially appreciated that they even provided breakfast at 4:00 in the morning, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful given my early departure. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my schedule made a great impression. Excellent service and a truly welcoming experience!

A clean, pleasant budget motel just outside Corning, with a room that had partially renovated laminate flooring. The grab‑and‑go breakfast was basic but well stocked, and the property sits on an open grassy courtyard surrounded by trees, reminiscent of a summer camp. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and straightforward. In August, the area was full of foreign tourists, but there was nothing nearby within walking distance and no ice machine.
