Hotel Bar Restaurante IL Rifugio

“Gute Lage mit schöner Umgebung, gutes Essen znd Dusche mit viel Wasser. Preis/Leidtung stimmt, einzig Sauberkeit kön”

Low floor, balcony with a fantastic view, and you can watch sunrise from bed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness could be improved.

“Primera y última vez que voy”

The balconies, though small, gave us a beautiful view and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne at check‑in. Yet we had no running water for basic tasks like brushing teeth or showering, and the room was covered in leaves and dust when we arrived.

“No muy agradeble”

The only redeeming features were the view and the hotel’s location. The room arrived dirty, with cobwebs on the window and sheets, and constant noise from the bar, karaoke and passing motorcycles made sleep impossible. There was no front desk staff on arrival, so we checked in at the bar, and the breakfast area was filthy with tables covered in beer residue; the pool was small and dirty, and we barely saw any staff except a friendly cook.
