I had no positives beyond the location; the room type was wrong, the staff were very rude, and I was forced to share a bathroom and toilet with someone else.

The room looked dirty, the TV was broken, the cupboard door fell off right after I opened it, paint was peeling from the walls, and the window wouldn’t even open.

I didn’t like anything I didn’t expect, such as a dirty bed in London and in this location.

The worst night of sleep ever – I didn’t sleep a wink because the bed was bad, the room was tiny, and I could hear walking and snoring outside.
