The location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were all good, but the shower water temperature kept changing, the closet had no shelves so we had to leave clothes in the suitcase, there were only hangers, the café was almost always unattended and you had to ask staff to serve you, otherwise everything was fine.

The staff at the rooms, the reception, and especially the blond, glasses‑wearing guy in charge of the buffet were very attentive; he quickly checked if the buffet met my taste after I couldn't eat because I was feeling ill, and I give a ten to the whole team.
