The staff were very helpful and the evenings were quiet. It gets very cold, and rooms that aren’t sunlit stay extremely chilly. Two nights without hot water. The hot‑water balloon system needs reviewing. There are many switches but few lamps work. Other than that, the housekeeping for vacated rooms is questionable—when the room is supposed to be cleaned, it seems delayed. The balconies are actually a shared courtyard where leftover delivered meals are left for long periods, which is unpleasant; cats scatter everything.
