The lodge was a charming, spotless spot right in Haggerston Castle Haven holiday park, with plenty of essentials and a private grassy area that the kids adored. The only downside was the hosts’ lack of customer‑service polish—no thank‑you for booking or staying, a somewhat cold tone in messages, and frequent reminders about the security deposit that got a bit irritating, but overall the stay was lovely and I’d book again.
