Very clean and cozy

Walking from the ferry terminal takes about 15 minutes, just keep going straight and you'll find the building. The check‑in was straightforward. When I first entered my room there was no desk or chair, but the host brought one over after I mentioned it, so I could relax comfortably during my stay. The air‑conditioning made it pleasant, and the shower had a steady flow of hot water. I received free bottled water, and the host was friendly, using a map to explain the island and handing out coupons for various spots.

My room was freshly painted, had a soft bed, and was clean. However, you can hear someone coughing in the next room or the door shutting across the street. The school nearby plays loud streaming music during practice from 8 PM to 10 PM, so the neighborhood was not very good for me.

The location is excellent, close to shops like dunosusa, Oxxo, farmacias Guadalajara, tortillerías, lavanderías, and others, and it’s a 15‑minute walk from the maritime terminal. The staff are very friendly, the shared kitchen is equipped, and the room is spacious. Not all rooms have a TV, and the bathroom lacks towel racks, at least where I stayed.
