I was a bit nervous before arriving, but the hotel and apartment are older and a touch worn, yet the value for money surpassed my expectations. The rooms were clean, the towels and linens were fresh and high quality, and bathroom toiletries were provided. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising, with good coffee and a decent selection. Paying for three people for three nights with breakfast in season in such a tourist‑hot spot for just under 500 € didn’t include prosecco or a hot buffet, which I found disappointing. I wished there were fresher breads—only toast bread was available—and larger teapots for tea. We didn’t try the wellness area; entrance is charged and I would have liked more photos, which didn’t deter us. The bar could use a bigger oven; it’s not very cozy, but it was still nice to have.
