A very pleasant place for a break and a full reset. The area was clean and cared for, with incredible quiet and a calm atmosphere. Relaxing music played in the background, creating a special sense of peace. The staff were attentive and caring.

The spa was great, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

The best part was being able to relax in a nice spot away from the daily bombings in Kyiv. The hotel sits on the edge of Kyiv's administrative zone, 40 km from the day‑time bombings. I was arbitrarily told by email that, because I'm a foreigner, I have to pay an extra tax that I don't understand. Moreover, as a permanent resident of Ukraine, I shouldn't be subject to this. Even a single euro is unpleasant before arrival. There was no fridge in the room at €150 per night, which is unacceptable; we drank lukewarm champagne, ruining the festive moment.
