The location is spot‑on, and the team is always helpful and kind, setting up everything from tours to themed dinners. The only hiccup was the confusing bed assignments in the dorms.

It was a disappointing stay; the constant shouting from staff in the common areas made it impossible to rest, so we left after one night and had to find another place. Spiders are fine, but the lack of courtesy at check‑in and the overall noise level were deal‑breakers.

I ended up with eye inflammation after staying here; the mattresses were filthy, sheets and blankets were dirty and torn, and the pillows smelled damp. The cheap price doesn’t cover the lack of cleanliness and comfort—there should be a hygiene inspection.
