The pillows and blanket were super comfy, the shower gel had a lovely scent, everything stayed tidy, and the breakfast was tasty.
I had a terrible encounter with our booking, the staff & Location was crap. The room i booked & paid for (expensive one) is not what they put me in. Staff delayed our check in process, then they put us in a TINY room underground. Staff tried telling me the pictures online are just for display purposes, & that not what you get. I said I've travelled the world, & for work, & have not had this experience. They would not do a partial refund or compensate fir them double booking our room & leaving us with a crap room. The big glass building in the picture is NOT the hotel. Reception is on ground level. The hotel is just 1 tiny floor underground. No windows. Breakfast was a buffet with limited choices. Multiple staff were quite rude & abrupt. When i was there, multiple people had issues with their rooms. The hotel is difficult to find. We had to ask several people where it was. It's located quite a walk from either metro. Not suitable when you have luggage.
Everything was clean, comfortable and handled promptly, yet taxis couldn’t reach the hotel’s entrance because the street was packed with cars, making it a hassle to lug our suitcases in the heavy rain.
The room was clean, spacious, and came with a gym and free wash service, but we were placed near the entrance so the door noise was loud whenever people opened and closed it, and there was a cigarette smell in the room that seemed to come from nowhere.
I loved the breakfast and the location – a cozy neighbourhood with plenty to walk to and bike rentals right outside. The room was truly awesome, though the bed felt a bit firm, the hotel didn’t look like the pictures and the rooms are actually down in a basement.
