“Overall.. We enjoy our stay”

The room was a good size and really clean, which was a plus. The staff were also super friendly, which made a good impression. However, the restaurant service was a letdown - it was slow or something. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a bit inconsistent.

The staff here are good stuff, really helpful and friendly. That's about it, but it's a good start, right? No major complaints, just a solid, if unremarkable, experience.

“Pas mal. Mais pas complètement satisfaite”

The rooms were clean and had a great view of the Pyramids from the 6th floor. However, there were some issues - no top sheets on the beds despite my repeated requests, and my room had a window that faced a wall, so no natural light. Also, I had asked for double beds in all three rooms, but only the single room had a large bed, and my room wasn't cleaned for a whole day.

The staff, especially at reception, were super friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and delicious. However, the room wasn't exactly spotless, and the jacuzzi was pretty much unusable due to the loud motor noise. To make matters worse, we were constantly pestered to book expensive tours that didn't seem worth the cost, and there were long wait times for lunch and other services.

“Please Don't book it,without ask.them about your current situations if you don't have marriage cert”

This place has some quirks - they require a marriage certificate, so if you don't have one, you might want to look elsewhere. The rooftop restaurant is pricey, but one staff member, Dua, was super helpful and polite, especially during her morning shifts. However, the male staff on night shifts were pretty crazy, to be honest. It's a mixed bag, but Dua's friendliness made our stay a bit better.
