The spot is spot-on, and the room size is pretty good. The floor AC is a nightmare—always wet, and when we arrived in the middle of the night the floor was filthy, black, and covered in black hair in both the room and the bathroom. I tried to complain in the morning about the dust and hair everywhere (I’m blonde), but the cleaning lady just said she didn’t have time, even though we arrived 12 hours after the normal check‑in time. She was unpleasant at first, claiming everything was perfect. I ended up cleaning as much as I could with toilet paper and left it on the floor for her to see. The beds and towels were spotless, no complaints there. The cleaning lady did come the next day to clean the floor, but if you have allergies—like I do—don’t stay on the first floor because the damp floor makes breathing impossible. Every morning my throat and nose were irritated by the humidity. The place has its charm.

The setting was magical, right in the heart of the historic centre inside a beautifully restored period building that kept its original charm, with frescoed ceilings, fine parquet and furniture that matched the architecture perfectly. We booked two adjacent rooms that were tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was exceptionally large, featuring a fully working shower and a whirl‑pool tub. Service was flawless and the staff were very kind to wait for us, and we could move around on our own since they even gave us the building’s entrance keys.

The place is very welcoming and well maintained in the historic center of Noci. The owner was very kind and helpful, letting us check in early.
