We stayed at this hotel twice, and the difference between the two rooms was unbelievable. The first room was excellent: modern, newly furnished, clean, with a beautiful pool view and a renovated bathroom. However, the second room was awful. It was located in a separate building, far from everything, requiring us to walk through several corridors and elevators with all our luggage. The room smelled damp, the furniture was old, it was not clean, and the bathroom was outdated. Instead of the promised view, we faced a parking lot. Both nights were booked at the same time, under the same room category, and cost around $350 per night. While the first room was worth the price, the second was absolutely not. The quality difference was unacceptable, and we felt completely let down. At this price, we expected a consistent standard of quality.

The pool and the on‑site restaurant had very friendly staff, but the hotel’s own staff were rude, the rooms were old and filthy with mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The common area looked great and the building was clean, yet the rooms needed renovation and the check‑in process was a bit slow.
