“Brilliant hotel with superb staff.”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and the old town, surrounded by great food, drinks, and shops. Every facility was top‑class, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. The staff remained superb throughout. Nothing was lacking.
We really enjoyed our time at Dilman Luxury Stay. The place sits right in the heart of Bari, within easy walking distance of Bari Vecchia, the Teatro Petruzzelli, Piazza del Ferrarese, Piazza Mercantile, and the beautiful waterfront. The surrounding cafés, restaurants, and shops make it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The property blends comfort, style, and a wonderful sense of place, making it the perfect base to discover Bari, soak up its historic streets and lively atmosphere, and experience the city like a local. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stylish, perfectly located stay in Bari.

The balcony location was great, but the room stayed very damp even though the air conditioning worked properly.

The front desk staff were excellent and the location very good. However, the breakfast staff were very poor—showed no interest in serving, were rather rude, and clearly missed training on delivering a great customer experience. The room’s bedroom space was okay, the kitchen/living area was fine but lacked enough charging points for mobiles. The bathroom was poor; the shower cubicle was plastic and tiny, and the shower unit was subpar with too many sprays—just a simple, functional shower would have sufficed.
