We chose this hotel to escape the chaos of Ella, which isn't particularly exciting on its own. However, we weren't disappointed. The hotel's mountain-top location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Our room was exactly as described, with tastefully chosen materials and decor. The meals and breakfasts were varied, delicious, and plentiful, and the staff, particularly Pragee, were very welcoming, extremely helpful, and accommodating.

The hotel's location is truly amazing, with stunning views and the soothing sound of singing from the monastery below. The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, making it a great value for money. However, there were a few small issues that needed some maintenance, such as the broken roller blinds in our room and the shower that required some attention.

The hotel's beautiful location, nice rooms, and great food were all major highlights, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even managed to prepare our rooms and dinner quickly, despite us arriving 30 minutes after booking. Prageeth and his team were fantastic, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, the cleaning could have been slightly better.
