“WONDERFUL”

Everything was fantastic: the location is superb, just steps from main sights in a lively neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The room was cozy and spotless, with washroom amenities, and although the space is shared, the beds feel private thanks to dividers between bunks, each with its own outlet for charging. On day two we got caught in the rain and the hostel’s large windows offered great street views. This last‑minute booking saved us after our first choice fell through, and I’d return in a heartbeat—no complaints at all.

The location is excellent, the price is cheap, and it’s suitable for someone who is socially anxious; it’s fairly clean, there’s no common area, but there is a small fridge and a microwave. One night, the hot water heater broke, and the staff apologized.

Quick responses on WhatsApp from the staff, even when they weren't on site. The hostel sits right next to the city center and the train station. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed tidy.

“Normal”

The hostel’s sign shows a different name, making it hard to locate since it’s part of several hostels in the same building; if you don’t have a charged phone, finding it is a nightmare, and nobody on that street knows the place—essentially the hostel is called Paola.
