The hacienda is magnificent. Its location is ideal for visiting Carcassonne. We appreciated the kindness of our host. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay at the hacienda despite arriving on the day of the storm (tornado at Pomas). Everything was good.

Discovering such a unique and marvelous place was a delightful surprise. The villa offers more than just an enchanting décor; the hosts, attentive yet discreet, respond to every request with professionalism and kindness. Every team member embodies deep hospitality, blending warmth, attention to detail, laughter, discretion, availability, and respect. The hosts deserve special recognition. Their passion for the property shines through the villa’s atmosphere; generosity and sharing created a convivial vibe conducive to conversation. They became more than managers during our stay—guides, confidants, and even friends, if we may say so. Their hospitality exceeds standards: each gesture shows a desire to please and anticipate needs. We savored authentic shared moments: a dinner crafted with local produce, stories about the villa and village history. Nights at the villa will stay in our memories: shared laughter around the table, lively discussions, local wine tastings… Simple yet genuine moments that mark a successful trip. This place radiates contagious generosity, an atmosphere that encourages encounters and forges unexpected friendships. We warmly thank the hosts for turning the ordinary into extraordinary, offering not only exceptional accommodation but also a human, enriching experience. We enjoyed a cozy, atypical house with a stunning heated indoor pool that we used, a delicious breakfast, warm hosts, and its proximity to the city of Carcassonne.
