We got there at about 22:30, the entrance was unlocked and no one was at reception; we had to pick up our keys from the desk, showing a lack of security and zero service.

The front‑desk team were friendly, but the room smelled bad and we had to be moved after staff intervened. The all‑you‑can‑eat breakfast was a disappointment, offering only three items.
