We were never given a room and had to stay in a dormitory even though we had booked a proper room.

My experience with this property was a nightmare from start to finish. I booked and paid a deposit, only to be asked for an additional payment, which I reluctantly made. However, when I arrived, the staff told me I could pay the balance the next day, but the owner had other ideas. He called me at 11 pm, yelling at me to pay the full amount immediately, and even demanded I visit his office the next morning.

I'm really disappointed with the location of this hotel. It's a good 10-15 minute walk from the main road, which is a major pain when you're traveling with a family and have to lug all your luggage. To make matters worse, the hotel is not accessible by car, so you're stuck carrying all your bags up a set of ridiculously narrow stairs. It's just not practical for families, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's not looking for a major hassle.

Honestly, this place was a total disaster from start to finish. The location was pretty central, but that's about where the positives ended. The room was cramped and had a weird smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny. The staff seemed friendly enough, but that's not enough to make up for the overall mediocrity of the place. The breakfast was a sad affair with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee.
