The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Kevin and his team who were just fantastic, and there were no complaints at all.

I liked the location, but the room felt dated, especially the bathroom. The plug in the basin didn’t seal, the bath pop‑up waste was broken so they shoved a plug tied to the pop‑up bit, and there was no fridge in the room.

The room was clean and tidy, but the charging bays were broken and the front desk didn’t know how to fix them.
