The shower was good. The attic room was 32 degrees with only a fan, and the breakfast was just a box of biscuits for two nights. The owner wasn’t there, so I just closed the door and sent a message.

I came to Turin for a course, and the accommodation was fairly close to the masterclass venue I had signed up for. I found some dust, so the cleaning seemed a bit rough. In the bathroom a pencil I was using for makeup fell; when I moved it to the cabinet under the sink I found used tissues, cotton swabs, and a lot of dirt. The owner always responded a bit annoyed, and I felt like I was bothering her. The place looked a bit messy, with loose floorboards and stacked rugs. The location has great potential, but it lacks care and I think also the willingness. It definitely doesn’t match the money I spent.

The view from the window was beautiful! The rooms and some parts had a slight smell of smoke.

The independent lodging had a friendly and available host. There was a lot of noise, no kitchen, very few cutlery, no water point, and the lighting was weak.
