The staff were friendly and the hotel is convenient to restaurants; the pool was comfortable and cool, and the room was cozy. However, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom by the pool, and the coffee creamer in the room was spoiled, clumpy, and sour.

The location is close to shopping and dining, the hotel is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast hours were too short; I woke up at 9:00 and had to rush down as they were nearly finished cleaning for closing at 10:00, so we had to eat our food very quickly.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff although they were new they were very friendly. I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were across the hall from each other. That was annoying but I get it the rooms were booked the week before. Coffee pots in both rooms did not work. The microwave in one room was broken. For the price when I needed a sewing kit or safety pin I think they should have had them. I had to go to Target to purchase safety pins. There is laundry available onsite, but they do not offer laundry detergent to use or purchase. Overall for the price I expected a higher standard of service. In the future I will not book a room at the Hilton again
