The manager sent me a message saying the room had been occupied even after I had confirmed my arrival, and she offered no solution at all. Terrible professionalism.

When we arrived, they told us there was no room for me even though the reservation was confirmed, and they never cancelled it—just rented it to someone else. The person who received us basically said that this is how they usually do it and that Booking never fines them. Be careful with this unprofessional place!
