It has a large building and a large lawn, but it’s not a hotel—it’s a wedding venue. There are no facilities for regular travelers. Security is minimal; one person at the gate always plays with his phone and doesn’t check anyone. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are arranged, yet the staff somehow sources food from an outside minimal menu and serves it only in rooms. The staff are not well groomed or disciplined, and few people are present to manage services and facilities. We experienced continuous power cuts and the rooms were hot initially, then so cold that we had to turn off the air‑con. The air‑con is hard to control, taking a long time to reach set parameters. The lobby and loft areas are not air‑conditioned, making the interior feel like an oven.
