The room was on the roof, the entrance was narrow, the air‑conditioner was old and barely cool, and it leaked water when I used it.

They moved us to another one of their hotels because the room we had booked had some issue and gave us an upgraded room; it was very good, clean, spacious, and everything was perfect. We had a minor communication hiccup, but that’s all, and the staff were very polite. It was odd that they asked for a transfer of the stay amount before arrival, but we said we couldn’t and nothing happened.
