Everything was fine, but mainly the atmosphere was good, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The staff were friendly and the rooms offered a nice view, but the maintenance details were lacking and the internet connection was poor.

The place is beautiful and very pleasant, the owners’ service and warmth were excellent, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
The panorama is stunning, the breakfast is excellent, and the room is very spacious; there is nothing negative.

Everything impressed me; the colonial house, over a century old, still holds its charm, the west‑facing rooms and the large breakfast lounge offer an incredible view of Nevado del Cachi that makes you want to stare for hours, and there was nothing to complain about—everything was a perfect ten.
