“Must Read Before Booking”
The shower was nice, the water pressure was good and the water was hot as well. The look of the room was nice and the TV was good as well which was our only form of entertainment. When we arrived at the hotel and got our room, The room wasn't clean. It had hair of people on the floor, the closet contained someone else's clothes. The so called "WiFi" didn't work once during our 4 morning, 3 nights stay. They tried to charge us 2000 more for the extra mattress per night, but we negotiated in not paying that extra charges. The elevator stopped working during our stay for a day or so, so we had to walk through the combined dental place, and other stuff to get downstairs which was annoying because we had to go through people. The bathroom door was hard to close and it jammed during our 2nd day so we had to call someone to fix that as well. There was no changing of bedsheet or cleaning. We had to ask them ourselves to change the bedsheets, and we vacuumed the room ourselves as well. The bedsheet when we first arrived was a bit dirty as well. It was like someone was already living there. They added soaps and utensils when we arrived but they didnt take out the old soaps which had hair stuck to them. The toilet was also leaking when we flushed so we had to turn it off from the back each time we used it. Someone in the hotel also opened our room's door while the family was in it without knocking and those people tried to get away with it. We asked the staff to send someone to clean the bathroom after the fixation of the door, no one came to clean the bathroom. We asked for the breakfast they were going to provide us, we also told them to get us something from outside which they agreed upon, they told us to wait 30 minutes. However, It took them 1 hour 30+ minutes to bring us what we asked for and the breakfast which was in the plan after we asked them for breakfast multiple times. The drawers had stuff in it and it was a mess as well. When we complained to the staff, one of them wasn't willing to listen like he was doing us a "big favor" providing us with poor service which we paid for by the way
