The staff were outstanding and refunded me when my dates changed; the food was tasty, the pools good, the grounds pretty, the proximity to the sea a plus, and my room stayed clean. The beach was small, the buildings cramped, and there were many people, but that didn’t detract from the hotel, which is probably one of the best in the area.

The hotel is practically on the first line, about 150–200 m from the sea. The staff are very polite and attentive to your requests, helped with luggage delivery, and the kitchen is beyond praise, suitable for any taste. There’s an elevator, clean rooms and grounds, pools, hammocks, a playground, gazebos, a sauna, and massage. The only complaint is that we booked a two‑level room with the bed on the second floor—original, but not for everyone.

Альбатрос, мой любимый отель в Уреки, да и в общем на всём грузинском побережье. Здесь я по настоящему отдыхаю, чистота, уют, питание отдельный высший пилотаж, уборка номера и смена белья, полотенец каждый 3 день , по желанию чаще, нужна стирка ваших вещей-пожалуйста, на территории два бассейна, море рядышком, персонал- радушные пчёлки . Не знаю к чему придраться, всех люблю, с удовольствием еду в Альбатрос. Езжу в сентябре, жаль, что бассейны без подогрева воды, надежда только на солнышко)

I loved everything! The beach is just a two‑to‑three minute walk from the hotel. The sea is clean, warm, and the black sand feels like a fairy tale. My room was spotless, had two balconies, and offered views of both the sea and the mountains. The housekeeping service was available on demand, even every day! The bed was perfect and the sleeping areas were comfortable. The food was delicious, filling, and varied. The dining area was impeccably clean, and the service was 5+! The front desk staff were polite, responsive, and you could ask about anything. When my aunt’s blood pressure spiked, the staff brought their own blood pressure monitor and checked it daily! It’s great that the staff truly care about guests. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again next year if we fly to this area!

The food was decent, so we didn’t regret choosing the meal plan. The rooms felt tired and worn.
