The location was good and the view nice, but nothing else made me happy. The staff was pathetic, showing a blatant lack of care for guests, and they added an extra 18% GST on food instead of the required 5%, which I think should be complained about. There were no dental kits, hair dryers, water bottles, or towels; every time I needed something I had to call reception, which was ridiculous and time‑consuming. They really need to train their staff in professionalism.
