The bed was good and everything worked. The mats or carpets need a thorough clean—they’re really sticky in places, and my feet got black on the bottoms from walking barefoot.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room service and cleanliness were fine. The overall condition of the hotel is poor—much below what I usually see in this chain. The finishes are worn, there’s visible dirt and dust along the carpet edges at the walls and in the elevator, and it desperately needs updating and a good cleaning.

The price was very good and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The jacuzzi had too much chlorine, creating a lot of bubbles that were irritating. Overall my stay was very good but not excellent.
