Wonderful staff and a delightful room. The food was also excellent. The pool and courtyard are wonderful.

I had a minor mishap during my stay, but the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and helped resolve the issue with ease. The hotel itself is a beautiful place, perfectly situated in a great location. Overall, it's definitely worth the visit.

I stayed at a hotel with a lovely pool, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The prices were far too steep for what I thought was a 4-star hotel, and the location was a bit of a letdown since it wasn't beachfront and felt quite far from Santa Monica.

“Beautiful looking hotel in a nice area but pricey”

I was impressed by the hotel's stylish renovation and cleanliness, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff. The pool area was well-stocked and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely, despite the misty weather. However, there was a significant issue with our booking, and we felt overcharged, which left a sour taste in our mouths.
