The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, truly fantastic and going beyond expectations. The location is off the beaten path, which is nice because it’s very quiet and safe. There’s a small gym with excellent equipment, a huge plus for this area. The facilities and rooms could use a bit of upgrading, but the price was fair. The western breakfast options definitely need improvement.

The location was nice. Breakfast wasn’t extensive but it was tasty. The hotel staff insisted we book transportation to attractions through them, which ended up costing a lot more. They claimed there were no rickshaws or taxis outside the door, but that turned out to be false. In the afternoon we had to wait too long for tea during the included afternoon tea.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some pleasant interactions with the staff but also several areas that needed improvement. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel and found it to be more expensive than I felt it was worth. Additionally, I experienced some issues with punctuality during my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a persistent issue with the hot water supply, which was a major inconvenience for me. Despite the hotel's other amenities, this problem made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable.
