The house was very pretty, with a nostalgic charm right in the village centre. The hosts were warm and sincere, treating us like guests. The place exuded calm and serenity. The large room was very comfortable. Meals and breakfast were served with care, the table was set neatly and the dishes were pretty. This address truly deserves a visit, really, really.

La grenouille noir is a small part of an old village house in the heart of Marcillat, full of vintage charm and quirky objects. The rooms feel comfortable with an antique vibe, and breakfast is beautifully presented with a delicious selection of fruit, yoghurt, cheese, breads and croissants.

The room was cute with an amazing standalone bathtub. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were great. I want to return. All good.
