The resort had very friendly staff who were always ready to help. The food was well prepared and tasty. The resort was well kept and peaceful, with visible security around the clock. During power outages in the area, a backup generator was quickly activated to keep the resort running. The locals were also friendly, making it comfortable to stay and walk around the area.

The location is truly exceptional: the hotel literally sits at the foot of the sand. Every single staff member is remarkably kind and does everything to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers very good cuisine, often enjoyed right on the beach. The room was perfectly clean. However, the room is very simple, and like the pool, it doesn’t seem to live up to a 4‑star hotel. Still, I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed! Just overlook the entrance and exterior appearance: once settled, you feel really good, and the extreme kindness of the staff makes all the difference. The pool needs refreshing, and there is no mini‑bar in the room.

The staff are absolutely fabulous, extremely helpful, and do so much for you! The food is delicious and cheap, and there’s free breakfast we didn’t know about. It’s right on the beach, peaceful, and relaxing. It’s quite far from tourist attractions but perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing reset.
The hotel is superb, we ate very well, and the staff were truly amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of its excellent location. The bedding might need a review, but overall it remains comfortable.

The location is good, the pool is nice, and the staff—especially Farid at reception and Saleh the security guard—are superb. The shower has a curtain, the stairs to the upper rooms are dangerous, and the equipment is worn out.
